Well, what if I can't make the schedule I've booked at Shoott? Is there a cancellation fee? If so, how much is it? I need information about this because I don't want to incur unexpected additional costs. Please help! 😓

I'm happy to help you... As far as I know, there is an additional cancellation fee. I was charged $75. Oh yeah, cancellation must be informed no later than 8 pm on the day before the scheduled session. But this is based on my experience in 2023, so for the latest info, maybe you can contact customer service via email 😇
